ETSL Link Failure - EFTPOS NZ PDF Print E-mail

The ETSL Link is presently down, which means our Primary Syncro service has failed.

Most sites will be able to continue using the Backup Eftpos Links, however in peak load times (anticipated in the next few hours) you will find the service fails back to the Offline Voucher Mode.

Please continue to process offline if requested and ETSL technicians are looking into the fault.

Whenuapai Network Issue PDF Print E-mail

There are currently network issues with our Whenuapai Circuit. This will mean that customers in Whenuapai will not be able to access the Northwestern Network Cluster. Those with secondary internet access will be able to access the cluster via VPN or the HTTPS Secure Interface.

Update (10:40am NZST)

Telecom have identified an issue with damaged cabling and are rectifying the issue.

Update (Monday 12:45pm NZST)

After a very lengthy outage, Telecom were able to trace the fault to a single copper strand failure in Whenuapai. This has resolved any network outages.

POP3 Access Issues PDF Print E-mail

There have been intermittant POP3 Access issues with our Californian Cluster Environment. Engineers are currently looking into the issue.

Update (5:00pm NZST)

We have located 3 failed POP3 Services on the cluster. While the first has been resolved, the other two are currently being looked into. Further Updates as the happen.

Update (10:30pm NZST)

All services returned to normal.
